Shipping Costs
Limited time only: Free shipping on all Comfy Crawlers and Comfy Crawler Shirts. Discount applies to US and Canada. Excludes all other international orders and wholesale orders.
Shipping costs can be easily found by adding items to the shopping cart. These prices are for US locations only. Additional charges may apply for international and wholesale orders.
If you order more than one of the same item, and additional shipping charges due to weight or size are not incurred, we will automatically send you a partial refund for any excessive shipping costs you may have been charged. We are happy to do this, our system at this time does not allow us to automatically do this.
Method and Shipping Times:
We ship via the United States Postal Service. We use First Class Mail and Priority Mail depending on the size/weight of the order. This is the most cost effective way to ship. If your order does not arrive within the time frame mentioned below, please contact me and we will find a solution. Orders are processed everyday Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). As soon as your order is processed, you will be emailed. If there is any delay in processing your order you will also be emailed. Items that weigh less than a pound ship via first class mail (typically takes 4-7 business days). Items weighing over a pound ship via Priority mail (typically takes 2-3 business days). Of course if you need to expedite shipping or prefer for us to ship your order via UPS we can do that. Simply call us at 954-232-8990 and we can take your order over the phone. We can inform you of all of your shipping options and the prices and you can let us know what will meet your needs best. Shipping Location:
All Comfy Crawlers ship from South Florida from one location, all other items are shipped from other locations. Florida residents pay 6.00% sales tax. Many of our items are shipped from different locations around the US & Canada, and our partners may use different carriers, therefore shipping times may vary for the arrival of each product ordered. We work closely with each partner to assure that each product is shipped on a timely manner.
Returns:
We accept all returns made within 15 days of purchase. All items must be in new condition with tags in place and in resalable condition. We do not refund shipping costs for returned items unless item is returned due to a mistake on our part. If you've purchased an item that you need to exchange or return, email us at customerservice@gissybella.com within 15 days of purchase and we'll be happy to take care of all your needs and concerns. Please note that personalized items are not returnable unless a mistake has been made on our part.
Wholesale Shipping:
Shipping for wholesale purchases may incur additional costs. Each order will be processed, and once total shipping is computed you will be notified of any additional shipping charges. We use USPS Priority Mail with Tracking Information. If you prefer we ship via UPS or FedEx, let us know via email. If you need to return a wholesale order, you must contact us within 15 days of purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable and an additional 15% restocking fee will be incurred.
